OM-10 Writings

OM-10 Writings collects the long-form essays of the OM-10 framework by Quamane George: certainty, ownership, memory, and the architecture of the operator.

The OM-10 framework is taught in lectures and lived in operations; these writings are its long-form record — the ideas at full length, in the author's own sequence.

Ownership over rent

A creator who builds on one rented channel has a landlord, not a business. The lesson was paid for once, in full: a single demonetization ended a channel's income because there was nothing else standing. The doctrine that came out of it is simple — own the ground, own the audience, let platforms be feeders and never home. These essays develop that doctrine and the ones beside it: certainty as an operating state, memory as infrastructure, and the community of customers as the only fortress a platform cannot switch off.
